jacobandtheangel is acrylic on wood 60x80cm approx My first painting since my book, and I think I like it, but aren't sure. It was inspired by the song of the same name, by Suzanne vega. Somehow she manages to write music that utterly chills me. I wanted to mix up childish love imagery with this fairly visceral scene. Find fire in my little pony's land of fun. I'd done a sketch of this a while back, but in this one the angel themselves wanted the forefront.
