This was in pencil originally, and at the time I was too scared to colour it so when courage was high I finally painted it. Partly I'm trying to rehash the images that I want rid of, but value. I'm on one hand really proud of it, and on the other suspect it is low on universal appeal. Millions of us now share our thoughts which is great. Somehow it can dilute us which isn't. The man is meant to be caring, but his tool for expression is not up to that level of depth. Behind him are many concepts all rendered shallow just by their proximity to each other, and the fact that they are being forced down our throats. I'm sounding more against this stuff than I am, technology is amazing but I am wary of it. Acrylic on canvas, 40 by 60 cm approx, and painted in late 2018.
