The Legal Stuff

This is a brief summary of the legalities of this web site (ie: what you are allowed and not allowed to do, and why).
Please contact me if you are unsure.

Whilst I genuinely want you to enjoy this site (and come back), I accept no liability for any loss, damage, or offence caused by it. This stuff is merely created for myself, as a marketing tool/ego trip. You entered this site entirely of your free will, and are welcome to leave this site at any point.

Basically, you are allowed to enjoy this site by viewing and playing with what I've made, but a few things would really anger me, and international law is on my side.

• Do not copy any of the content off this site on to your web site, or link to it directly without my permission.
• Do not print or publish any content you find on this site in any way without my permission.
• Do not use any of the content of this site to advertise any of your own services without my permission.
• Do not alter any of the content on this site for personal use, or any part of it without my permission.

I've worked very hard to produce all of this unique stuff, and basically don't want some one else using it to make money (this is my bread and butter). If you see a way of making serious money with this site, then please get in touch, and we'll arrange something.

Be aware that where third party rights are involved,(ie:portraits or voices of friends, demos of contract work, other peoples stuff) they will also need to be consulted.

By "Content", I refer to all writing, graphics (buttons, images, In-Product graphics, artwork), noises(FX/music), and code used.
By "This site", I refer to anything seen on the domain "jamesflowerdew.com"
By "permission", I refer to a signed letter from me, or an email from james@jamesflowerdew.com, granting you to do so.
