Another epic of Gilgamesh piece, this time Gilgamesh and Enkidu have met, fought, and having found themselves perfectly matched are now strangely the best of friends. This was really challenging and I had far too long over the 2019 Christmas period to look at it before it was finished. I wish I liked it even half as much as the one of Enkidu eating grass but hohum. Acrylic on canvas 60 by 80 cm.
