In 2001 our college was asked to compete for a poster for their short story competition.
I think that this one was seriously considered in the competiion, but they decided he looked like an alcoholic.
It is damned fun, and strong imho. I feel bad saying this, but I suspect that they were wrong.

Usually they had one or two day timescales.
