nutsetfree

nutsetfree is A3 acrlic on paper In my attempts to free up I granted myself lines, black lines. I'm trying to deal with green issues right now, and aiming wildly obtuse, so I thought of Egyptian goddess Nut, and her husband Geb. Nut is usually depicted as nude and encircling the sky, as she was seperated from her husband geb to stop her having yet more divine children. Here she is shown with a compromise her husband is still the rolled up earth, a degree of seperation, but she can hold him, and isn't suspended like a ragdoll. I like this picture.
