Depending on the era, either Rah, or Atum are the creator gods, who rise from the sea at the dawn of time. Rah is definitely the Sun god, Atum strongly associated. I drew him arriving just outside a grim town a while ago and kind-of liked it so when confronted by a new small canvas I thought I'd give him a go again, but this time just emerged from the sea.
