walkers

walkers is acrylic on A3 paper I want to finish a sketchbook, which must be about the poorest motive for a painting ever. That said, I'm torn between rather liking the imagery and disliking the execution, enough to nearly not put this online. Two rather effeminate chaps in grey suits playing what can only be a rather inelegant tune in what could either be a very romantic, or very drab locale. It looks like they may be half heartedly trying to sell CDs, walkers became their band name or ablum title because it's a terrible choice. Doing art and calling one's self an artist is a declaration of merit, a merit that is not always apparent either internally or from outwith.
